We collaborate closely with area agencies in Vermont and New Hampshire to ensure comprehensive, wraparound care for our clients. This includes working with primary care providers, sober living homes, probation and parole officers, and other local organizations. By building strong community partnerships, we help bridge gaps in care and support each individual's journey toward stability, wellness, and long-term recovery.
